PK365 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PK365 platform — whether through the website at pk365.run, the mobile app, or any other PK365 service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the entire agreement between you and PK365 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any PK365 service. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PK365 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be aged 18 years or older. PK365 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited for you personally.
• You must be registering and using the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PK365 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for violations of these terms.

PK365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Where such verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may register only one account on PK365. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PK365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistan mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PK365 login credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes and any security questions you have set up. You must not share your credentials with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account.

PK365 will never contact you to request your password by email, live chat, phone or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from PK365 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PK365 support immediately. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account while the matter is investigated. PK365 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where adequate notification was not provided promptly.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PK365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a standard part of account management. You may be asked to submit documents to verify your identity, age and payment method ownership at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal. Standard verification documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), recent utility bills or bank statements, and payment method confirmation screenshots where applicable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

PK365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen within your account at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are credited to your PK365 balance promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

PK365 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to your verified payment account.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard KYC verification process. Withdrawals may also be delayed where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met, or where a security review is in progress on your account.

PK365 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your selected payment method and any verification steps required. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally among the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank.

4.3 Transaction Limits

PK365 applies minimum and maximum limits to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within your account settings and on the payment screen for each transaction. Limits may vary depending on your account verification status, selected payment method and current promotional activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

PK365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time each offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before you claim it.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and expiry period for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 20 times in total on qualifying games before a withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake, while other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per IP address.
• PK365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Free spins and free bingo tickets are subject to a maximum win cap which is stated in the individual offer terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on PK365 — including casino games, video slots, fish games, bingo and live dealer games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results, bet sizes or player history. PK365 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical error during a game round, PK365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Payouts resulting from a technical error or system malfunction are not valid and may be reversed.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PK365 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to play games or exploit platform features
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer game formats
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or calculation errors to generate winnings
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements
• Any form of fraud relating to deposits, withdrawals or promotional claims

6.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game category on PK365 — casino, slots, bingo, fish games — has its own specific rules governing gameplay, payouts and special features. These rules are accessible within the game interface before you start playing. In case of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules take precedence for gameplay matters while these Terms and Conditions govern all account, payment and promotional matters.

7. Responsible Gaming

PK365 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices for all players on the platform. Gaming on PK365 should be treated as a form of entertainment with a defined personal budget — not as a method of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

7.1 Tools Available to You

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a temporary or extended self-exclusion to your account if you feel you need a break from gaming. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net result of your current session.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by PK365

PK365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid grounds
• Registration of duplicate accounts
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PK365 will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address. Verified balances may be returned following a satisfactory investigation outcome at PK365's discretion.

8.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your PK365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering a PK365 account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Intellectual Property

The PK365 name, logo and brand identity are protected. Unauthorised use of the PK365 brand in any format — online or offline — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

PK365 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or that all game content will function without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK365's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PK365 is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance windows
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security
• Actions taken in good faith following a player's own request
• Circumstances beyond PK365's reasonable control

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PK365 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and display a notification within the platform for a reasonable period following the change.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you continue to use the PK365 platform after the effective date of any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated terms take effect.
